Fat Burning Furnace Review

When it comes to losing weight and getting in shape, you’ve probably either tried every program or diet known to man, or you’ve given up trying because there are so many contrasting bits of information. Some people will tell you to give up carbohydrates, while others will tell you to spend an hour on the treadmill every day. It seems as if there is a new diet or exercise program that pops up every month, and rather than trying each one as it comes along, I’d like to pass along some sound advice.

I’ve learned, from experience, that there are certain truths that will help you lose weight. These truths might sound simple, but honestly you don’t need anything more. As long as you learn them and implement them, you can lose weight without a fancy diet or exercise program.

The first key to losing weight is that you need to know how to eat. You need to know what foods are safe to eat and how often you should eat them. You might not even know that there are certain fats that are good for you, while the rest can be detrimental to your health. In his book, Fat Burning Furnace, Rob Poulos tells you exactly what these foods are and gives you an easy to follow diet plan to help you use them without worrying about caloric intake. This means you don’t have to watch what you eat or spend all day counting calories. Aside from telling you what, how, and when to eat, he busts some common diet myths, such as why going to bed hungry is a bad idea.

Rob speaks highly of certain foods that will kick start your metabolism and help you burn fat, even while you sleep. Although the science behind this formula isn’t top secret, it is great to know that there are people out there helping you weed through all of the diet garbage so you can follow a plan that works. As an example, Rob teaches you why giving up carbs is a bad idea and why you need to buy certain types of milk and fatty foods.

Once you’ve read the diet and nutrition portion of the book, you will have a good understanding of how this program will work wonders for your body. However, no guide would be complete without addressing workouts. This book busts common workout myths as well, such as why hours and hours of cardio won’t do you any good. He also addresses why doing sit-ups and crunches won’t give you a six pack unless you do other things first.

The thing I love about this part of the guide is that the workouts are short, but intense, and don’t require you to spend a lot of time working out. Most people don’t have an extra hour per day to workout, which is why doing short and intense workouts will do a better job of getting you in shape. They’ll also keep you motivated, especially when you see the fat start melting away.

Another muscle building myth that Rob blows out of the water is why high repetitions and low weight will not help you lose fat or build muscle. I can’t spoil the surprise, but let’s just say that after reading his explanation I was blown away by how much time I’d been wasting over the past few years trying to get in shape.

No guide is going to lose weight for you, but if you use this one and follow the plan I can almost guarantee you will start losing weight. Of course, if you don’t buy this guide and you keep trying to do things on your own, you might lose weight. However, I’m betting that if things were working well you wouldn’t be reading this article. The truth is, learning on your own can be tough. Buying a guide to help you cut through all of the crap will save you time and help you start seeing results rather than experiencing frustration.

Fat Burning Furnace is a common sense, no hype, and factual guide to losing weight. Even if you don’t think Fat Burning Furnace is for you, I highly recommend that you download his free report called the 7 Secrets of Permanent Fat Loss and Fitness. This guide will help you understand the principles behind the plan and will be a great springboard for your new weight loss regime. Just imagine what it would feel like to finally look in the mirror and be happy with the way you look. You can’t put a price tag on feeling good about yourself. I got tired of beating myself up and being so frustrated that I gave up trying. Go ahead and check out Rob’s book, I promise that it will change the way you think about working out.
