I have an obsession with 0 fat in foods.
Does it matter about the calories?
How do you get fat out of something when there is no fat in it?

It’s not only a question of fat but a question of balance between fats, carbs and sugars.
If you eat no fat at all but too many carbs your body will store them as fats.
besides, it’s dangerous to avoid completely fats, specially good fatty acids that prevent crdiovascular diseases like olive oil.
the key for wieght loss and better health is a balanced diet.

If you eats carbs and you dont burn then, those carbs will turn into fat. U could do a low carb and high protein diet. Protein wont store as fat. Walk a couple days a week and drink lots of water. Include more fruits in your diet too

  4. Clay C says:

you need fat for bodily functions, in your diet that is, not on your body. fat is not inherently bad, just keep away from combining fat with carbs and you will be fine. fat+protein, carbs+protein=good. fat+carbs=very bad

  5. kleighs mommy says:

no fat is bad you need fat to keep your metabolism going
