can someone please tell me exactly what foods to eat daily to lose the weight i need to lose soon. ive started dieting but im not sure what foods will help me lose weight or how much portion of food to eat. please help thanx alot

    I recommend that you try to focus on losing fat rather than weight. We’ve been raised to cut calories and perform a ton of cardio. But the truth is that weight training, some cardio, and eating the right combination of foods in small meals frequently throughout the day is the ticket. When done right, you’ll be eating more food than you ever have and are never hungry. It’s VERY cool.
