Are There Any Good Tips That Work To Lose Weight?

I am 13 years old, almost 14 (birthday in March) and I am 5′4, im not over weight but I hate my legs. I would like to lose weight as soon as possible and my mom does not know i want to loose weight, so please nothing to extreme. Please no stupid answers. My legs are my worst feature so I would some tips on the best exercises to get great legs. I take my dogs on a 30 minute walk every Saturday and thats about it. haha.

your body is not even fully formed yet so anything you do now may not necesarily remain that way,you have to ask yourself this: why do you feel it so necessary to loose weight if you already know that your not overweight?,and why are you so insecure about the way you look?? im wondering if you dont want your mum to know maybe its because you know she’ll disagree?the sexiest girl is the one with all the confidence,people love to see and admire a really confident person and it makes you appear so good looking and people will be very envious of you for it.if you really feel a little work needs doing on your legs then the best way to do it is cycling as it really tones them up,maybe ur dog could run along with you? exercising really is the only way followed by 3 regular meals a day if you dont eat 3 healthy meals aday,ur body could store any fat you have and you simply wont loose it,good luck.

• 1) Change your eating habits cut on red meat, chicken, cheese. Eggs ( you can eat without yolks) and butter. If you can’t cut totally, try to eat minimum portions and then gradually reduce it to cut it totally
Drink as much as water possible and stop having all junk food like pizzas, burgers etc
2) Sleep Early and rise early. with a exception of weekend. But if you make an exception it is difficult to go back to track immediately. You should continue same until you loose your weight.
3) Eat raw veg/fruits with/after your meal
4) Walk non stop at least 5-7 kilometres everyday (Brisk walk)
5) Initially you will find it difficult but if you are determined you can make it
6) Eat at least 25% less on every meal
7) Try and eat 4 times a day (with a gap of 3/4 hours in each meal) not necessarily stomach full every time.
Pls note don’t jump to all above items, you have to do it gradually so that you body clock get adjusted with it and will show you gradually results.

The formula for losing weight is not difficult – eat less food and move more often – the issues surface when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there aren’t there?! The one method which definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I lost twenty pounds, it definitely does produce results!

try taking your dog on 30 minute walks everyday…walking is the best you could do for something like that if you didnt want your parents or mother to find out.and you wouldnt think so but walking really burns more “fat” and calories than you think it actually does

Go to the gym. Run on the treadmill for 8 minutes, switch to the machines for 20 minutes, and then take a two minute cool down walk. Excersize is always the best way. This worked for me by the way.

start running everyday.. maybe take up a sport
