I am 5′7″ and i weigh 127lbs. I often go to the gym but i am not sure what to do, or use since im young and not sure what machines are ok and wont affect me since i often here that they can permanently affect me.

    Your weight if fine for your height- your bmi is actually a fairly low normal weight.
    If you are really not confident, you can lose some weight, but be careful. Ive seen what being obsessed can do to people. Also at 13, you may still have puppy fat to lose!
    Do exercises such as sit ups and crunches, and lunges to tone your body, since you dont need to lose weight.
    Eat healthily and frequently, and decrease you portions VERY slightly

    Try to drink 8 water glasses every day and exercise for 30 mins after each meal and insead of eating a burger order a salad. But forget about losing weight through a liquid diet coz it has many side affects.

    Try joining swimming and track, it might take a while but the girls will be all over you in no time
