Yesterday I started reducing calorie intake and junk food (sugars) I also dumped soda for water and started taking NV dietary supplement. I need some more good tips to lose weight fast. Types of exercise would help out also.

    I’ve started taking pilates and yoga classes three times a week with one cardio kickbox class thrown in. On the days I’m not at the gym I do a yoga or pilates DVD at home. Read labels on boxes & cans for fat & sodium content. Cut out the junk food, fast food & high in sodium boxed foods from the store ( hamburger Helper,stuff like that. If you want a snack, eat fruit or some soy nuts. I started this about a month ago and I am seeing results! It’s not easy and I won’t lie and say I haven’t cheated a little but I now look forward to working out instead of dreading it. Good luck & congratulations on the baby!
