i really wanna lose weight and i have been eating 300 calories per day, is that too much or too less?
what foods would be good for me to eat (vegetarian), how much exercise should i do a day?

    300 calories per day is WAY too little. That’s verging on eating disorder low. You’re quickly going to find that you have no energy and get sick really easily.
    The recommended intake for a “normal-sized” female is around 2000 calories per day. Go with slightly less than that (maybe 1500), and exercise for half-an-hour to an hour per day and you’ll find that you’re fit and a good weight. It might take a few weeks or months but it’ll be the most lasting, most comfortable, healthiest way to do it.

    nuts are a good snack. and i’d say youre eating too little? just work on toning, your body. I’m sure you dont need to lose weight
