I want to lose a lot of weight before may. As i am going to anime north and hope to fit into a cosumte with a skinny boody. Last time i checked i weighed 180… any tips!! please!! i’m in really need!!!

    Diet and exercise. Diet does not necessarily mean eat less; in fact it is more beneficial to simply eat normal portions of better foods. Stick with each of these strictly and you’ll do fine. Self-control is the most important thing here.

    eat healthy…eat small portions of meat, veggies, dairy everything that require for the daily amount of vitamins or weekly. Instead of soda drink tons of water and exerscise.

    Make sure 45-65 percent of you calories comes from carbohydrates ( preferably whole grain). make sure less than 30% in fat and you are consuming 60g of protien a day.

    Eat Less, Excercise more . . . But really, try not to eat after 6pm, park far away from the stores so you have to walk. Walk to anything that is within 10 blocks from your house. And of course watch what you eat. DO NOT throw up, not only is that gross, it is not healthy.

    The easiest way to take off weight fast, and stand a chance to keep it off, is to eliminate starches (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, etc.) and sugars (anything sweet, including artificial sweeteners – they have to be in something, and that something will have calories)
    Eat only vegetables and protein (meat, or soy). Shoot for eating .5 grams of protein for each pound of body weight you are carrying.
    balance the protein with an equal gram amount of vegetables or fruit.
    you will find the weight peeling off if you follow such a diet, and you will remain healthy.
