I really want to lose 30 pounds and only have a month to do it. Do you have any tips and/or recipes to help me accomplish this task?

    i used to be really skinny then doctors said i need more iron so my mom brought some kids vitamins and some kind of way they made me eat more [ i was about 12 yrs old] and i got really big. I didn’t want to be big so i stop eating for a day then and lost like 5 pounds by playing outside. but i really think i lost most the weight because i join my city football team for about 1 month and since i was still growing the fat turned to muscle big i did loss about 15 pounds in 1 month, not eating can make you more bigger because when you start back eating you just getting fatter [ someting like that but thats why they say never just stop eating, but it worked for me i guess]

    Hi Liz,
    First of all, you won’t lose 30 pounds in a month! It’s just not possible. But you may lose around 20 if you are strict with yourself :) That being said, losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as you may think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I’m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.
    As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)
    Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don’t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster.
    Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I’m at my goal weight now.     I’m not sure how you eat or drink right now but what works for me is eliminating soda, or go to diet soda, i lost 12 pounds in one week. You see if your body is use to junk food and you change your diet, your body goes into shock and looses weight, apples are good too once a day but try it only for a week because that too much fiber, that will make you loose weight too, it makes you go to the restroom. So what I use to do was, start the morning with Special K cereal, then later snack on a yoplait yogurt and for lunch a sandwich on wheat bread then snack on an apple and for dinner eat another bowl of cereal of special K and like i said drink diet soda or crystal light …good luck my dear!!

    I had too many pounds in all the wrong zones until I tried acai berry, I understand they say that pills will not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CBS News too.     Your only hope is a 30 day water fast. It’s your only choice , if you wanna lose thet amount of weight in that amount of time.

    cut sugar, fat, meat,
    eat fruits, vegs, grains,
    no soda, drink juices
