I’m 13, 5′7″, and about 140 lbs. What kinds of foods should I eat/not eat to lose weight?

I’ve noticed that healthy foods cost too much. And I live 30 minutes away from a grocery store so I can’t keep going to buy produce every other day.

I have a problem. I am the most picky eater you will ever find in life. I love to eat fastfood especially Popeyes and Mcdonald’s. I really want to eat other things but I am scared to try it. I dont like nasty tastes in my mouth. I really want to try eating other things, other healthier things but I just can’t bring myself to do it. I also want to eat a salad but I am scared. Are there any pills I can take to make me want to eat different foods. I think if I dont I will stay at this 170 pds and my b/f won’t think I am sexy anymore. I just want to make him happy. Please help someone. What can I do to lose weight and eat healthy.

i weigh 130 pounds idk if i need to lose weight but i havent been eating the right snacks or meals for my self. the only food i only have for snacks would be Peanuts/Peanut butter sanwhich with whole wheat break and milk for a week or 2
So im going to whole food in a few days i need a list of food to eat for meals and snacks

I’ve been told if you eat the right food daily, you lose weight without having to exercise… is this true?
