Whenever I eat healthy, I gain weight. But when I eat fattening foods, I lose weight. My exercise level doesn’t really change. Why is this happening?

I read somewhere online yesterday or two days ago that exercising is not as effective as dieting when it comes to losing weight. So, what foods should I eat and which do I avoid?

Hi, i am 15 and i am trying to lose as much as weight as possible. i want to lose about 30 pounds which right know for me is impossible, see im not that fat or anything but i feel like im huge. i am pakistani so for gaining weight is really easy. i want to know which kind of food should i eat and how much should i eat? please help if you can. i really need your help.

If so, what are some of the foods you eat? How often do you exercise? I have asked several questions in the Diet section but I don’t get sensible answers. There are always people trying to sell weight loss products.

Like.. I know they say it is healthy to eat several “small” meals in a day to keep your metabolism up, but if i just eat the reg. 3 meals a day, and only snack on like fruits and veggies and low calorie foods, will that help my lose weight?
