Hi I’m trying to lose 20-30 pounds and I here water will help lose weight….is this true? How much water should I drink and what will it do? Also, will drinking 3 cups of milk a day help? What are some other ways to lose weight? PLZ HELP!

I want my thighs and legs to stay the same size, and I want my stomach to go down. How can I do that? I know most people say that it is hard or impossible to target one area to lose weight in. And can I cleanse my colon with stuff that I just have at home?

They trick is to accelerate your metabolism. Diets are not enough. yes you need to eat right and if you can stand it go vegan or at least vegetarian.. There’s a buttload of poisons in processed and common foods these days.The MOST important thing is exercise!.. You need to break a sweat for at least 30 minutes a day. Once you get to where you can do that easy..increase it. Once your used to an hour a day you’ll crave it. Endorphins are a great high and you can have all you want since like adrenalin your body makes it!
