Yesterday I started reducing calorie intake and junk food (sugars) I also dumped soda for water and started taking NV dietary supplement. I need some more good tips to lose weight fast. Types of exercise would help out also.

I see a lot of diets include eating more meat.
And im not about to change my food status,if thats what you want to call it, just to lose pounds.
But i REALLY want to lose weight.
What foods should i eat?What excersises should i do?

Find beverages, to drink. That can fill you up fast. Tea, diet coke, vitamin-enriched drinks(orange juice, Propel Fitness Water, Hawaiian Punch, a generic brand of punch) will give you the nutrients while still filling you up. Now that doesn’t mean you won’t still eat, but it may be less. As far as eating, even if you end up eating out of desire as opposed to need, don’t feel too bad, it happens, everybody’s human. Get involved in an activity, preferably one that gets you up, but anything(like listening to radio) is better than nothing. Chewing gum is good, but taking those Wurther’s candies while drinking water(to quench thirst) is better, b/c it can fill a sweet spot and fill you up. Getting a good breakfast is essential. Cooking ramen noodles and having it with stew and vegetables is a healty, tastly meal w/out having to worry about eating something you don’t really want. Yes, you can pleasure a bit and eat chocolate(preferably dark). You may even have a doughnut or two. Nothing wrong with that, you human. You might want to replace it with Fig Newtons or Harvest? brand Sun Chips. Make it a lifestyle and not a chore.
Now, for the short term, those diet pills and drink are an option if you have spare money, but also you must use at your risk b/c some aren’t FDA approved obviously. Diet vitamin pills are the best.
As far as exercise, jogging in place is good. If you can get access to a excerise machine or a gym, that good. Get a walkman so you can listen to music while you grind, it makes the hard times more tolerable. If there are steps available, run those stairs, that is a blistering workout that will sore your legs if you don’t do them on a regular basis. Don’t be afraid to stop if you’re that tired or that sore. Finding a close person who can help you from time to time is fantastic, b/c it will put you in line. Realistically(w/shortcomings), you can lose probably up to 10 lbs., unless you have a regimen already, then you can lose more, b/c it can take awhile to implement to regimen b/c of what you are used to already. If you are that committed to start already, you can probably lose 15-20 lbs.
Increase your mental strength, b/c that will help you get through a tough time. That may be more work b/c you must find something that challenges you mind to make it stronger to easily lost weight if you need to.
Regardless of the route you take, remember to make it a lifestyle with some pleasure and not a chore. good luck

Ive been trying to lose weight for a while so i decided to not eat only drink fluids and exercise but last night i ate and worked out twice the amount and lost 2 inches in one day. how is it possible shouldnt you lose weight faster without eatting

I really need a good diet. If I need to starve myself, that’s fine with me as long as it doesn’t last longer than a day.
I need to lose weight because I’m a flyer in cheer and my bases said I’ve gotten heavier. Any tips to lose weight fast?
