question by Leah M : How much exercise do I need to maintain weight loss? I’m 15, 5′6 and I recently went from 165 to 137 pounds within a few months. Run on treadmill for 45 minutes a day, five days a week at 5.8-5.8 miles per hour and walk two nights a week to 4.4 miles per hour when I go up to 30 minutes per day to 5.9 miles per hour moving five nights a week is not enough to manage my weight loss? best answer:

request jmk_jenmarie : What you need to start weight loss center? I am currently in a fitness and nutrition program, which received a diploma. I want to use the beginning of weight loss coaching center. What I question is whether there are any certificates, licenses, or hidden barriers should I do if I am still in the planning phase. I’m legal, I think something must have to protect me from potential lawsuits. This is new for me Feild, so that all information is appreciated. best answer:

I eat reasonably small walk around 10 km’s a day do regular lifting up to 30 kg’s but I am getting tired alot I am 43 and weigh now at 96 kgs used to be 74 kg’s tried diets and other excercise nothing worked my gut is still big and I am sick of it sick of me I want advice and my old self back.

ive always hated being short… if i was say 5”4-5”7 that’d be okay maybe but i know im probably never going to grow anymore. i am 5”2, and 112 pounds. i feel really fat. last year i was 5”1 & roughly 98-106 pounds…im now 112 maybe 114 i think my thighs look disgusting my wrists are all bon though. i only eat on average 1-2 meals a day (each meal being about 200-600 cal w/ a couple snacks in between sometimes, fruit.) people have called me fat and that really smashed my confidence. i am almost sixteen and want to lose weight for my b-day. i want to be around 90-95 pounds. any diet/weight loss tips please. it’d really help i just want to lose off this weight im sick of being called fat/big e.c.t.
